
Trip to Boston – Friday January 16, 2009
Milton flew to Boston with Jahaziel for ministering and family bonding. On arrival, Boston was snowed in and the temperature was 1 degree. We were picked up at the airport by Russian Pastors Greg and his wife Elena. We had a great night of rest and Jahaziel perfected his chess game with Greg a master in chess. On Saturday, we went to a Messianic service in Springfield, Massachusetts called the Light of Menorah Congregation. The service was anointed as the praise and worship was deep and powerful.
Following the service we got to minister to the pastor and his family. For about four hours there was a tremendous anointing for healings and deliverances. Sunday and Monday we were snowed in so we got much needed rest and prayer time. On Tuesday we got together with Tom Stevens and Allan Meyers from the Bridge House Rehab Center this meeting opened many doors for the future.
That night we had a miracle service at Solpi’s house. Solpi was a saved drug addict from Armenia who came to the Lord and had spectacular changes in her spiritual life. At the meeting we saw two salvations and many miracles. Wednesday morning we flew back to Portland from Boston with four lobsters we bought for the family.
Trip to India – February 19- March 2, 2009
On Thursday, Milton and Pastor Greg flew from New York to New Delhi, India. This was a long trip since the flight time alone entailed fourteen hours. We arrived Friday at 9:30 p.m. in New Delhi upon arrival we were met by Pastor Raj. On Saturday, we flew out to Bagdogra for our services there. Our flight was at 10:30 a.m. and we arrived at 2:30 p.m. We were met at the airport by Deepak and his wife and taken to the Marina Hotel to get ready for our 4:30 p.m. crusade.
At 4:30, we started our crusade service for over 300 people on the Bangladesh border. At the service we saw many miracles, healings, and there were over 150 salvations. We were joined in the ministry by Ayo from Africa. Then on Sunday we had our 6 p.m. service we had a crusade service with over 200 giving their lives to the Lord. On Monday morning we had a change of plans as we headed up to Darjeeling which is on the Nepal border. We took a six hour taxi ride up to 7,800 feet elevation. We had the blessing of distributing over 1,000 tracts in two days. Here we got to by the famous Darjeeling tea and Pashmina shawls.
On Tuesday we had the privilege of riding the toy train to Darjeeling to Siliguri city. This was a six hour train ride through the Himalayas, and we got to pass out over five hundred tracts on the way down. There are only two of these toy trains in the whole world the other one is in Austria the fastest they can go is eight miles per hour. Upon arrival in Siliguri at 4:30 p.m. We got four hours rest for our next train ride to Calcutta which was another ten hours on the train. We arrived in Calcutta at 6 a.m. and went to meet our host pastor Subir. Here we had breakfast and ministered in two mobile schools for orphans, we had the blessing to anoint over 100 children and give our over 500 tracts.
At 5:00 p.m. we were at the airport for our flight to Bangalore, arriving at eight p.m. we were met by the strongest man in India, Manuj Chopra. On Thursday we did a pastors conference at Campus Crusade for Christ here we did a teaching for over sixty pastors and workers with a powerful teaching on spiritual revelation. On Friday February 27th we were back at Campus Crusade for a powerful prayer meeting from 1to5 p.m. At 7p.m., we ministered at a drug rehab with Pastor Jacob. On Saturday we held a prayer meeting for over forty at a home; here we had communion and saw the power of God come down on everyone present.
On Sunday we did a nine thirty a.m. service at the Vineyard church and at six thirty p.m. at the Blessing Worship Center, so we were pretty busy on Sunday. On Monday morning we headed to the airport for our flight back to New Delhi. At 8:30 a.m. we were met by Pastor Raj and we did one service. Here we saw many people encouraged and blessed by the power of the Holy Spirit. At the five p.m. service we had over sixty people at the home church. At nine p.m. we were back at the airport in New Delhi for our flight back to the United States.
On Tuesday March 3rd, we arrived back in Newark at 4:30 a.m. and ultimately back at Portland at 12:30 a.m.the next day All in all, this was a good trip as we saw many miracles and salvations, as the power of God moved in a powerful way in India.
Trip to Texas:
On Thursday, March 5th, my wife, Eneida and I headed over to Houston, TX. to do a weekend ministry at the Huntsville prisons. Here, we ministered Friday and Saturday at the Holliday Unit and the Byrd Unit on Saturday. We saw many miracles and salvations this weekend.
The group ministering was over 600 people, and the total decisions for the Lord were 2,416 for the entire weekend. The ultimate blessing, Eneida got to rest Sunday and Monday without interruption. On Monday night we flew back to Portland. We had the blessing of having Joshua take care of the kids so we could minister on this weekend.
